Connecticut Governor Jodi Rell  has proclaimed Sunday, September 9, 2007 as Connecticut Horse Shows Association (CHSA) Finals Day in the State of Connecticut!

Below is the Order of Go for the 2007 CHSA Finals for the following over fence classes - Class #101, 8, 9, 102, 10, 103, 11 and 12.

Reminder the 2007 CHSA Finals starts  Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 7:30am.

115 CHSA Members Enter 2007 CHSA Finals

The deadline for Qualifiers to send in their entry forms has passed and we now have the final field of riders and horses for the 2007 CHSA Finals this coming Sunday at Mystic Valley Smmer Festival.  117 CHSA members have entered the 2007 CHSA Finals in 12 Finals Classes.

The Order of GO will be posted Thursday, September 6 for the over fences and schooling classes.  Quarter Horse Hunter U/Saddle (Class 1) and Adult English Pleasure  (Class 4) will only have one (1) round as both classes have nine (9) entries.

Still need a hotel for CHSA Finals Weekend?

We've updated the list of Qualifiers based on responses to the email invitations.  Thank you to everyone who sent us your correct email address.

If you qualified, please check your email for your invitation. If you did not receive it notify CHSA via email chsa@chsaonline.com.

The points have been counted and you can now see if you are in the Top 20 and will receive an invitation to the 2007 CHSA Medals!!  You can view the standings here or download the PDF (easier to print).

If you see an asterisk ("*") by your name, that means we do not have your email address.  Please email chsa@chsaonline.com with your email address so we can send you your 2007 Finals Invitation!

We list the Top 20 and alternates ("alt").  If a rider/horse in the Top 20 is unable to attend, we will then invite alternate #1, and keep moving down the alternate list until all 20 positions are filled.

Final Points Are Being Tabulated!!

UPDATE! Points have just been updated and the only show not entered is Avon Valley (Aug 2 horse show). Once we receive and process Avon Valley we will post the Top 20 CHSA Finalists. (Tuesday, Aug 13)

George Jensen, The CHSA Points Master, is busy tabulating all of the final show results so we can publish the CHSA Finals Top 20 Qualifiers for our 12 qualified divisions.  Invitations will be sent by email and Wednesday, August 29, is the deadline to return the entry forms with a prepaid check.
