• Sunday, July 29, 2012 – Last date to qualify for CHSA Finals.  The last show to earn points and qualify for the 2012 CHSA Finals will be the End of Hunt Horse Show.
• Wednesday, August 1, 2012 – Qualified Finals Riders/Horses announced in CHSA Finals web site and mailed invitations.
• Friday, August 10, 2012 – Stall Reservation Forms due.
• Friday, August 10, 2012 – Tent Table Reservations due.
• Friday, August 10, 2012 – Deadline for Entry Forms and payment.
• Thursday, August 23, 2012 – Order of Go posted on CHSA Finals web site
• Friday, August 24 – Sunday, August 26, 2012 – 6th Annual CHSA Finals Horse Show
