Classes will be judged on an open numerical system by two registered USEF judges. Prizes awarded to the top 8 in each class. The format for the classes will be as follows:

Pleasure Classic Classes – All horses/ponies will ride in the first round. At least the top 10 riders, if available, will return to compete for a second round. Scores from the first round will be added together with the scores of the second round to determine the placings. If a tie exists for first place only, after the second round, a third round will be held to determine the winner. All other ties will remain tied. [Alternative split if more than 10 riders split into two sections –top 5 in each section goes to second round]

Hunter Classic Classes – All horses/ponies will jump a hunter type course consisting of at least 10 jumps. At least the top 10 riders, if available, will return to compete over a second round. Scores from the first round will be added together with the scores of the second round to determine the placings. If a tie exists for first place only, after the second round, a third round will be held to determine the winner. All other ties will remain tied. No rider may show more than two horses in any one Class.

Equitation Medal Classes –The class consists of two phases. The first phase is shown over a course of not less than ten obstacles. Judges will then select at least ten contestants (if available) to show at a walk, trot, and canter.  The same horse/pony to be shown by the same rider in both phases.
